For meal plan purposes, "Freshmen" are high school graduates who have not attended higher education for either a Fall or Spring semester after their high school graduation. This classification covers the first academic year the student is enrolled at Baylor.
Students who complete college hours during high school, and/or attend another university during the summer, and matriculate at Baylor in the Fall are deemed "Freshmen" for the Fall and Spring semesters. Students graduating from high school in December and matriculating at Baylor in the Spring are considered "Freshmen" for only the Spring semester.
Brooks and Teal residents selecting the All Access 5 Days per Week meal plan will have access Sunday dinner through Friday lunch.
Voluntary Residents and Commuters can choose from any of the meal plans above.
All weekly meal plans (All Access 7 Days per Week and all Block Plans) are Saturday breakfast through Friday dinner.
All meal plans include 5 guest passes per semester. Prices include 8.25% sales tax.

There is an option available to purchase additional Dining Dollars separately on the student account. Either the student or the Authorized User (AU) on the student account can log in to the E-Bill system at www.baylor.edu/ebill to purchase the Dining Dollars by following the prompts below:
1) On the home screen, click on "Deposits"
2) Select the term
3) Select Deposit Payment type
4) Enter amount of Dining Dollars to purchase
5) Select Payment Method and Continue until all steps completed
The Dining Dollars purchase will be applied to the student account and be reflected on the semester billing information and loaded onto the student's Baylor ID card and ready for use within 20 minutes after the payment has been submitted. The Dining Dollar account balance can be tracked by the student at IDcard.baylor.edu.
Beginning May 2024, all unused Dining Dollars remaining on students’ accounts will automatically be refunded at the end of every Spring term. Unused Dining Dollars remaining at the end of the Fall semesters will automatically roll to the Spring term each year.
As a result of Baylor’s contract ending with Aramark Dining Services, the Student Accounts Office will be refunding any remaining unused Dining Dollars to student accounts in late May 2024 after the dining halls are closed. To check your Dining Dollar account balance, go to IDcard.baylor.edu.
The refund for unused Dining Dollars will be issued as a credit to your student account and will be applied to any outstanding balance on the account. If the student account balance is zero at the time the unused Dining Dollars are refunded, and a credit balance is created, an automated refund will be sent via BankMobile (BMTX, INC) if you have selected a refund preference in BearWeb.
BankMobile Refund Process
Log in to bearweb.baylor.edu, navigate to "Student Financial Resources" and then click on "Student Refunds." From there, students will need to select the preferred method of receiving any refunds. Click here for more information.
At any time, a student can purchase additional dining dollars in the E-Bill system.
IMPORTANT! Block Meal Plans are charged on a per semester basis, regardless of the date the plan is added. Adding a Block Meal Plan at any time during the semester will be charged at the price per semester and will not be prorated based on the date added. Credits will not be refunded based on the number of meals used or not used.
