E-Bill System Security
As of April 20, 2017, the security of the E-Bill System was enhanced, in the same way as BearWeb, to require Duo two-factor authentication. Two-factor authentication adds a second layer of security to ensure your personal information is protected - even if your password is compromised - by using your phone or other device to verify your identity. Find out more about Duo two-factor authentication.
Students will now use their Bear ID (e.g., Betty_Baylor) and password along with a Duo two-factor authentication method to log in to the E-Bill System.
Authorized User(s) will continue to log in to the E-Bill System using their own authentication criteria (email address and password). As an Authorized User, if you do not remember your password, click the link on the E-Bill login page to have a temporary password emailed to your Authorized User email address.
***STUDENTS*** If you have not already done so, please visit baylor.edu/its/2factor to enroll and learn more. You can also contact the HELP Desk at (254) 710-4357 (HELP) for information about two-factor authentication and/or secure access to Baylor systems.
